Automated Production Line For Energy Storage Containers
Empty container incoming - overhead crane transfers to outdoor docking cart fixture - automatic docking with internal sled - passes through cross-transfer cart- enters the production line-performs box cleaning, component installation, automatic packing, wiring harness installation, pressure resistance, airtightness, and waterproof testing - automatically flows into the finished product area and moves into the container for offline processing. A buffer and rework area is set up, ensuring that rework of defective products does not affect the normal production of the entire line, among other functions.
Simple Laser Welding Production Line
